I brought my car in as scheduled at 8 am, for the annual under spray. I don’t have any choice but to wait for it, which is how my appointments have to unfortunately be booked. After 2 hours, I’m still sitting in the incredibly uncomfortable waiting room, looking at my unmoved vehicle. When my low back starts to hurt, I go out into the main lobby. The guy who checked me in , who obviously has completely forgotten about checking me in, asks if I’m being helped. When I remind him that he checked me in, and I question the reasoning for having me show up so early, he told me that the dealership cars are done first. This place is located in the absolute armpit of the city. My only choice is to Uber somewhere at probably 30 bucks or more round trip. I wouldn’t recommend Ziebart to my worst enemy. I just hope this process prevents rust like it supposed to.

This place is awesome! I looked them up on Google maps and asked for a quote via email. Jason emailed me back right away and they were able to squeeze me in the next day! Do yourself a favor and go here for undercoating, detailing, and everything else to protect your car from salt and stones! Cheers!

Great service! Had a mishap occur with my paint film and it was fixed without issue. Devon was fantastic and they took care of me when I had my girlfriend’s Grand Cherokee done as well. Highly recommend!

This place should be ashamed of itself. They have ruined the frame of my 2013 Chevy Silverado. After I placed a claim, they waited over 6 months to get back to me and told me that because I didn't come in within the time frame in 2020 I was not eligible for a claim. I called them to make a appointment for 2020, where they told me due to COVID I couldn't bring the truck in until further notice and they were still granting my warranty. I also told them in 2021 and 2022 my state inspector said that the frame was getting rusty. I left the truck with them for 2 days both years and when I picked it up they told me I was all set. Terrible customer service and managers at this location. No proper communication at all and extremely unhelpful with this whole situation. Only after contacting corporate we got answers. They did nothing but just spray more undercoating on the frame so I couldn't see the rust. Now it has costed over $8,000 dollars to repair damages they caused on an otherwise good vehicle. What a joke. Thanks Ziebart for nothing other than ruining my truck. Make sure anyone reading this stays away from this place, or they will ruin your vehicle, too!

I had detailing done and brought my car back 3 times to fix stains that Ziebart caused. The inside of my car was very clean since it's a 2022 and they damaged the interior and caused more issues every time I brought it back. The only compensation I was offered was a coupon for more detailing. Picking it up on the third attempt they had to come out and clean my car in the parking area because they never removed the stains they caused. There was still waxing compound all over my car. I will never go back and suggest that no one does.
